Today is the tenth of Cheshvan and thus serves as a preparation for the tenth of the following month, the tenth of Kislev (the day of the Mitteler Rebbe's redemption). It also receives influence from the tenth of the previous month, the month of Tishrei, Yom Kippur, the day referred by the Torah as "once a year." Thus there is a chazakah, a threefold sequence associated with strength and permanence regarding these dates.

Also, since today is Friday, there is a unique influence contributed by the day of the week, for on Friday, the expression, "And G-d saw that it was good" is repeated twice. Indeed, Friday possesses an advantage over Tuesday on which this expression is also repeated, for in regard to Friday, the Torah states, "And G-d saw that it was very good."

This all-encompassing goodness is associated with the creation as a whole as it is written, "And the heavens and the earth and all their hosts were completed." Significantly, that passage concludes laasos, "to do," which as our Sages explain, implies that the deeds of a Jew draw down this ultimate goodness into the heavens, the earth, and all their hosts.

May this be revealed immediately in the ultimate Redemption. Then all matters will reach their perfect state. Surely this will include all matters associated with a chazakah, and in particular, the above-mentioned chazakah regarding the uniqueness of the tenth of the month. May this lead to the complete state of the redemption and then we will continue our gathering "with our youth and with elders... with our sons and with our daughters" who will proceed on the clouds of heaven to Eretz Yisrael, to Jerusalem, and to the Beis HaMikdash. May this take place in the immediate future.
