This letter was addressed to Avraham Dov Kramer, the lawyer instrumental in obtaining an immigration visa for the Rebbe's mother.B"H, 7 Tammuz, 5707, BrooklynGreetings and blessings,
With happiness, I would like to inform you that my revered mother arrived here in peace.
On this occasion, I would like to again convey warm thanks, on behalf of my revered mother and on my own behalf, for your involvement in obtaining a visa and your help in this matter, in particular for doing everything zealously, with an eager heart. As is well known from our Sages' teachings,[164] sometimes the manner in which a [good] deed is performed surpasses even the deed itself.
Concluding with thanks from the depths of my heart and good wishes for you and all of your family.
