I received your letter from 21 Cheshvan. Not long ago I received a reply from Rav Landau [with regard to the matter under discussion] and I am enclosing a copy of it. You will certainly find it relevant. As a result, [the construction of the mikveh] will be carried out with more precise adherence [to custom], enhancing [the mitzvah more].
